GOSHIPPLUS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT! CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING. THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“YOU”) AND GOSHIPPLUS LTD. (THE “COMPANY”) THAT GOVERNS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION(S) (DEFINED BELOW) AND YOUR RECEIPT OF, ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE RELEVANT APPLICATIONS (DEFINED BELOW). “WE” AND “US” MEANS BOTH YOU AND COMPANY. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT IS WHEN YOU ACCEPT OR ARE DEEMED TO ACCEPT IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURE SET OUT HEREIN (THE “EFFECTIVE DATE”).

BY CHECKING THE BOX NEXT TO “I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT” DURING REGISTRATION, OR BY ACTUALLY USING THE SERVICES, YOU INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

You hereby consent to the exchange of information and documents between us electronically over the Internet or by e-mail, if to you, to the e-mail address you provide to Company at the time of your registration or to any such subsequent e-mail address that you provide to Company and if to Company to info@goship.ca and/or support@goship.ca and that this electronic Agreement shall be the equivalent of a written paper agreement between us.

Opening an Account. 

To open an account with GoShipPlus Ltd., you must complete the sign-up process on www.goship.ca. You agree to submit true, up-to-date and complete information and promptly modify such information should it change. By opening an account you are purchasing a membership subscription (“Subscription”) to have access to and use the services offered by Company. Should Company suspect that such information is false, not up to date or incomplete, Company shall promptly notify you by e-mail and/or telephone and may suspend your user account until you have confirmed that all registration information is true, up-to-date and complete. If you do not verify that the sign-up information is true, up-to-date and complete, or you do not correct any inaccurate or incomplete information, Company may discontinue your account.

By using our membership and opening an account with Purolator, you must comply to their Terms & Conditions here.

Membership Responsibilities & Conditions:

As a Member of GoShipPlus it is your responsibility to adhere to the terms and conditions of Membership.

Members are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities and conditions:

  • Maintain and update your account and payment information.
  • Enroll into the Automatic Credit Card Program by Purolator (MANDATORY), if option is selected.
  • Ensure that Membership payments are made in full and on time to avoid interruption to service.
  • Pay their account in time with the preferred partners.  If you do not pay your account according to our partners terms, they reserve the right to revoke your account.  GoShipPlus Ltd. shall not be financially responsible for any and all of your third party accounts with our partners.
  • Memberships are non transferable.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you currently have an affiliated Purolator account, your application must be approved at Purolator’s discretion. In the event that your application is refused, your application will be revoked and no account will be created with GoShipPlus Ltd.

Types of Membership(s):

We offer a yearly membership.

Membership Dues:

  • Membership Dues are due on an annual (365 day) billing cycle. Dues are subject to change without notice. If your Membership dues are not paid in full on or before your Membership anniversary, you will not be entitled to the services and your account will be suspended.
  • Based on the information we have on file, we will send you a renewal notice to pay your Membership dues approximately 30 days prior to the end of your annual billing cycle. Prompt renewal of your Membership ensures there is no interruption in service.

The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer, or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If GoShipPlus Ltd. does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand or your account will be terminated.

Auto-renew program:

Upon registering for your membership, you will be enrolled in the automatic credit card renewal program and your Membership Dues will be automatically charged to your designated pre-authorized credit card on file with GoShipPlus Ltd. You will receive an annual renewal notice 30 days prior to your expiry date, which will inform you of the date your pre-authorized credit card will be charged. If we do not receive any alternative instructions from you, we will process your renewal Membership(s) by charging the credit card that is registered to your account

If you would like to terminate your Membership, you must provide us with notice two (2) business days prior to your Membership renewal date by submitting your request here.

Additional Charges:

If any payment to GoShipPlus Ltd. is reversed, returned by your financial institution due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), or declined for any other reason, we will contact you to collect payment and/or update your payment information. You will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per occurrence.

Refund & Cancellation:

If you haven’t use any of the benefits within 30 days and you wish to cancel your membership, we will reimburse you to total amount of your membership registration.

If you cancel your renewal option, your membership will expire at the end of the current term, and there will be no future membership fee charges to your account. Otherwise, your membership will automatically renew at the then-current membership fee at the end of your membership term, unless a predetermined rate was established upon registration.  Your non-termination or continued use of the Service reaffirms that GoShipPlus Ltd. is authorized to charge your Payment Method on the recurring bases agreed to (e.g., yearly). GoShipPlus Ltd. may submit those charges for payment, and you will be responsible for such charges.

Confidentiality:

You acknowledge that the terms and rates of this Agreement (and including all attachments sent to you) are confidential and you agree not to disclose any such terms to any person(s) except for your directors, officers, employees and legal advisors on a need to know basis.

Termination:

We can suspend or terminate your membership and your access to the Site or the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, immediately, and without notice if, at our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of the Terms or Service Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and the Services and all copies thereof. In the event of suspension or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Site or the Services, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to any materials downloaded from the Site or the Services and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in the Terms shall survive.

Waiver of responsibility:

GoShipPlus Ltd. shall not be liable for any shipping issues, delays or damages incurred by our partners.
Furthermore, GoShipPlus Ltd. shall not be financially responsible for any and all of your third party accounts with our partners.
